What we do

Five services, one specialism: existing Loxone buildings.

Most of our work starts with a system somebody else installed. Tell us what you have and we will tell you honestly what it needs.

01

System takeovers

Your original installer has moved on, retired, or left a project unfinished. We adopt the installation, work out exactly what is there, and take full responsibility for it from that point on.

  • Full audit of the Miniserver, extensions and network
  • Recovery of project files and Config access
  • Documentation of an undocumented system
  • One accountable point of contact from then on

02

Repairs & diagnostics

Miniserver communication errors, extension conflicts, lighting or blinds behaving oddly, network faults. We diagnose the actual cause instead of guessing at it.

  • Remote diagnosis where access allows
  • On-site fault finding and repair
  • Replacement of failed hardware
  • A written explanation of what went wrong
Discuss this
03

Upgrades & modernisation

Bring an ageing installation back up to standard: current software versions, modern app access, extra rooms and functions, and noticeably better performance.

  • Software and firmware version upgrades
  • Extending with additional extensions and devices
  • Retrofitting rooms, zones and outdoor areas
  • App access, remote access and voice control

04

Ongoing service & care

A regular health check and someone to call for the small changes a building always needs. Ideal if you would rather not think about your system until something needs doing.

  • Scheduled system health checks
  • Remote assistance and small adjustments
  • Scene, schedule and comfort tuning
  • Priority response for care customers

Custom work

The bespoke part of a Loxone system: logic, integration and refinement that only an engineer who works with the platform every day can build well.

  • Bespoke logic, scenes and automation
  • Heating, blinds, audio, access, gate and CCTV integration
  • Third-party systems: KNX, Modbus, M-Bus, DMX, 1-Wire
  • Dashboards, energy monitoring and reporting

Loxone supply

We supply and install Loxone too.

As registered Loxone Partners we supply genuine Loxone equipment for new builds, renovations, extensions and replacements. Bought through us, it arrives installed, programmed, documented and supported by the same team that services it.

Why owners come to us

Expert hands for the system you already own.

Loxone is the specialism, not a sideline

We are registered Loxone Partners. The platform is what we work with every day, which means official access to the tools, software and technical support behind your building.

We are comfortable taking over

Working on a system we did not install holds no fear for us. We audit first, document what is there, and only then recommend anything.

Honest advice before hardware

We do supply Loxone equipment, but we never lead with it. If a repair, a setting change or a reconfiguration is the answer, that is what we will tell you.

Documentation comes as standard

Every takeover ends with a documented installation: what is fitted, how it is configured, and where the project file lives so it is never lost again.

Common problems we resolve

  • Miniserver unreachable or dropping offline
  • Extension conflicts after a change or addition
  • Lighting, blinds or heating behaving unexpectedly
  • Software version too old for the Loxone App
  • No documentation and no access to the original project
  • Remote access or Remote Connect no longer working
  • Hardware failed and the original installer is gone
  • Rooms that were installed but never finished

If something on this list looks familiar, it is almost certainly something we have dealt with before.

How a takeover works

From someone else’s install to a system you can rely on.

  1. 01

    Tell us about your building

Send us what you know: the property, roughly what is installed, and what is not working as it should. A phone call is usually the quickest start.

  2. 02

    System review

We look at your Miniserver, project file and network, remotely where access allows and on site where it does not, and tell you what condition the installation is really in.

  3. 03

    Documented handover

We become the partner responsible for your system, document it properly, and agree in plain terms what needs doing first, next and later.

  4. 04

    Works and ongoing care

Repairs, upgrades and improvements are carried out, then looked after with service visits and remote support for as long as you need us.

Straight answers at every stage. If your system does not need work, we will say so.

About the division

The Loxone division of New Forest Technology Services.

New Forest Technology Services is a technology services company working across the New Forest, Hampshire and the surrounding counties. Our Loxone division exists for one reason: to look after Loxone buildings properly, whether we installed them or not.

Many of the owners we work with came to us when their original installer left the industry, moved away, or stopped answering the phone. Others simply wanted a partner who understands the platform and is prepared to keep coming back.

As registered Loxone Partners we work to Loxone’s standards, with official access to the software, technical documentation and support that sits behind every installation.
